Sharonme and 2 friends have had a kitten each off another friend and all three of them have a small amount of blood in their poo. one of them cried a bit when he was going aswell. there are 2 boys and a girl.any ideas?thanks
Megantake the kittens to the vets.that will tell you. take a piece of the poop for a stool sample.
PaulineDefinitely see a vet...could have worms or other illness, and only a vet can diagnose and treat it by law. My guess is they are wormy, which is common. Good luck.

PinkRoxiHi, your kitties might be in heat. how old are they? my cat is in heat and is howling and bleeding just a little. i would see a vet tho. even if it is expensive, it could save your cat's life. GOOD LUCK!!
