I have to agree that the veg or corn oil is the best cheap and wonderful hair, skin and coat conditioner. I used to add about 1/4 cup to his AM and PM feed, and he shedded beautifully, and dappled up beautifully. It also has an effect of keeping muscle on the horse as well. If you can get a Vet Merk's Manual, they show you the formula on nutrition pertaining /suggesting this oil use BTW! Best wishes. Pauline.
