HI all!
I have a 9 mo old male lab puppy who has just started jumping the fence going after dogs that are being walked. He is not neutered yet and I was wondering if this may be the problem? If I have him neutered, which I plan to eventually, would this calm him down? I hate to have to chain him up outside when we have a fenced in yard but he is just too big. He sleeps in a crate inside during the day while we are at work and then he is around us all the time when we get home so he gets plenty of attention. And advice?
