I have a litter of 12 day old kittens ive been raising as momma will not. theyre progressing fine as far as i can tell. they eat every 3 to 4 hours and urinate and poop after each meal (not poop each time). ive noticed that the past few times ive feed them the little gray tabby coughs alot and cries. ive had their mother since she was a baby and shes healthy, just not motherly. i suspect the baby may have pneumonia and am looking for a treatment i can give my self. we have a do it yourself vet store down the street just need to know what to give him. ( i suspect it because this initially started when my husband got upset cause it wouldnt eat and tried to force it and it got somein its lungs). im sure though any suggestions as to what to do for the poor lil guy would be greatly appreciated. i dont want to lose any of these, i just lost a whole litter because they were premature, please help.
