I would suggest taking a visit to a vet cause this isn't right as to the blood in the stool mainly. Also, as to the litter box problem, are you cleaning it every day? Is it the same kind as when it was first born and got used to? Clay litter seems to be the best liked, feweer problems. Overall, I think this kitten is not well, and I would keep it from the other.
