Hope you've been cleaning it with hydrogen peroxide half and half with water, as full strength can cause skin tissue to deteriorate as well. Saline solution is another wonderful cleaner for wounds.
As for antibiotics, a broad spectrum one is needed. I would see a vet, as you say it keeps draining and bleeding, not so great a situation. Cat could end up with major sepsis. Good luck.
