I would wash the cat every week or 2, with an antifungal shampoo and put it on Program. Give the Program at double for the particular weight it is, then give in another 2-3 weeks, then monthly at regular dosage. Maybe Ringworm or any irritation, and I have seen and heard where the cat liquid Program is used successfully in treatment of RW and skin problems with an amazing regrowth of hair due to healthier skin. I have my Persian with extremem RW on it, and not a sign of lost hair or irritation since. Dermazole shampoo is excellent. Good luck.
